Processing time depends on product availability. In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline listed on that product's page.

SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
We currently ship via USPS or UPS Ground within the United States. Shipping rates are a flat fee based on order size, calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times reflect standard USPS or UPS Ground transit times once your order has shipped.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Gaia's Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@gaias-gifts.com and we'll help track it down.
